Công ty cổ phần Sài Gòn Food hiện có hơn 1.500 công nhân, trụ sở tại Khu công nghiệp Vĩnh Lộc (huyện Bình Chánh, TP.HCM).
Đến nhà công nhân chúc Tết, lì xì
Chia sẻ với Tuổi Trẻ Online, bà Phạm Thị Hồng Hà cho biết từ ngày 3 đến 5-2, ban giám đốc, công đoàn công ty đã đi thăm hỏi, chúc Tết công nhân công ty tại hai huyện Bá Thước và Quan Sơn (tỉnh Thanh Hóa).
Lãnh đạo công ty còn lì xì cho công nhân cùng người nhà của họ. Việc về quê công nhân chúc Tết là hoạt động thường niên của công ty này những năm trở lại đây.
“Ban giám đốc, công đoàn công ty đã duy trì hoạt động này vì muốn tận mắt thấy và hiểu rõ hơn cuộc sống, hoàn cảnh gia đình của họ tại quê thế nào”, bà Hồng Hà nói.

Lo xe đưa công nhân trở lại làm việc
Chủ tịch công đoàn Công ty cổ phần Sài Gòn Food thông tin đoàn gồm 9 xe giường nằm tập trung tại tỉnh Thanh Hóa. Công ty muốn tự tổ chức đón tận nơi và sẽ đưa khoảng hơn 400 công nhân của công ty trở lại thành phố làm việc sau kỳ nghỉ Tết.
Trước đó, công ty đã tổ chức 2 chuyến xe đón công nhân trở lại làm việc, xuất phát tại tỉnh Lai Châu.
Tạo điều kiện cho các lao động ở xa có nhiều thời gian sum họp bên gia đình, công ty quyết định bố trí lịch nghỉ Tết dài ngày từ 22 tháng chạp đến ngày 10 tháng giêng âm lịch. Và ngày làm việc chính thức sau kỳ nghỉ Tết của toàn bộ 1.500 công nhân sẽ bắt đầu vào ngày 10-2 (13 tháng giêng âm lịch).
Được biết dịp Tết Ất Tỵ 2025, công ty đã chi hơn 20 tỉ đồng tiền thưởng Tết, lương tháng 13 (11 triệu đồng/người) cho công nhân.
Trước đó, công ty này đã chi thưởng 1 tháng lương hiệu quả, tương đương 11 triệu đồng/người. Đồng thời còn chi khoảng 3,2 tỉ đồng thưởng cho nhiều lao động có thâm niên làm việc tại đây.

Đến 18h chiều 2-2 (mùng 5 Tết), lượng xe cộ đổ về TP.HCM tăng cao, dù vậy giao thông qua các cửa ngõ ổn định, không xảy ra ùn ứ.
